Banks want to convert small shops to Click & Collect

Florists, booksellers and other stores, which are forced to keep their doors closed for health reasons, will have to turn to Click & Collect to retain their clientele. Banks are also keen to play their part in this initiative, by offering tailored solutions to retailers.

Crédit Agricole launches its "CA Mon Commerce" platform

The Crédit Agricole Group has affirmed its commitment to its professional customers, retailers and entrepreneurs. To enable them to stay in business during the crisis and help them adapt to new consumption patterns, the bank has launched the "CA Mon Commerce" platform, through which they will be able to set up "a turnkey e-commerce site available quickly and integrating a payment solution".

Crédit Agricole also offers a presence on its banking websites, which are "among the most visited in France", as well as dedicated SME digitization loans of up to €50,000 per company.

Caisse d'Épargne offers a turnkey package called "IZ e-commerce

The Caisse d'Épargne relies on offers launched with recognized service providers and works with "expert e-commerce partners". Its "IZ e-commerce" package has been designed with Trenta Axome, an agency specializing in the creation of e-commerce sites on the Spotify platform. It will be combined with its remote payment offering developed with PayPlug.

CIC-Crédit Mutuel focuses on online payments

CIC-Crédit Mutuel is highlighting its three offers to help its customers in their online or distance commerce endeavors.

These are :

  • LYF PRO, a digital payment application
  • Paypro, a reliable and secure online payment service
  • Monetico payment, a service for accepting credit card payments on your website

BNP Paribas supports its business customers with remote payment solutions

BNP Paribas, for its part, offers two remote payment solutions that enable payment links to be sent so that the business can continue to operate with the curtain down, without the need for a website. In concrete terms, all the merchant has to do is send the link to his customer, who can then finalize his purchase by contacting the company by e-mail or telephone. All that's left for the customer to do is go to the store or depot to collect the product.

BNP Paribas, like CIC, is offering free use of the LYF PRO mobile payment application until December 31, 2020. Similarly, Link2pay, a solution used to trigger and secure one-click remote collections, will be free until the end of the year.

Last but not least, the bank and its partner LYF PAY will give restaurant owners access to a complete Click & Collect offer.
