One objective: directing people to emergency assistance
The primary aim of this special information number is to direct professionals in difficulty, whether companies or associations, towards the emergency aid measures put in place by the government, namely, depending on the situation :
- deferred charges or taxes
- the solidarity fund
- short-time working
- state-guaranteed loans (PGE)
The number complements the information available on the government website dedicated to business support measures, and is intended to provide general information. Professionals wishing to make specific requests, involving access to their files, should contact the reference centers or use the messaging system in their online professional account.
