To provide information and advice to companies and associations affected by the health crisis, the government has set up a new special number: 0806 000 245, to direct professionals in difficulty to the emergency assistance to which they are entitled.

A special issue to help professionals affected by the crisis

The special issue for companies and associations in difficulty was launched on November 2, on the initiative of Cédric O, Secretary of State for Digital Transition and Electronic Communications, Agnès Pannier-Runacher, Minister Delegate for Industry, Alain Griset, Minister Delegate in charge of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, Bruno Le Maire, Minister of the Economy, Finance and Recovery, Olivia Grégoire, Secretary of State in charge of the Social, Solidarity and Responsible Economy, and Olivier Dussopt, Minister Delegate in charge of Public Accounts.

It can be reached on 0806 000 245, Monday to Friday, 9am to 12pm and 1pm to 4pm. The call is not surcharged. The service is provided through the pooling of two call centers, the DGFiP (Direction générale des finances publiques) and the Urssaf.
