Find out more about Bpifrance's Cash BFR consulting module

Set up as part of the France Relance program, the Cash BFR (working capital requirements) advisory module is aimed at industrial companies wishing to benefit from financial support. Which companies are eligible? How much assistance is available? An overview of this Rebound module.

What is the Cash BFR consulting module?

Thanks to this Rebond module, the company manager benefits from the support of a Bpifrance consultant manager and an independent consultant, with the aim of taking stock of the accounts (balance sheet, cash flow, etc.) and drawing up an action plan to re-mobilize the teams.

More specifically, as part of this support, teams will be mobilized for 10 days over a period of 8 to 10 weeks to conduct internal interviews, collect and analyze existing information, carry out on-site observations and lead workshops.

On completion of the work, the following will be delivered:

  • a summary of the workshops held and the main recommendations,
  • a summary table of cash management actions,
  • a table summarizing the operational and commercial gains identified,
  • an operational action plan.

Who can benefit from this scheme?

Companies eligible for the Cash BFR consulting module are industrial SMEs with sales of at least €5 million at December 31, 2019, and at least 10 employees.

Also eligible are all industrial companies with sales of up to €100 million, or all companies with capital goods and inventories where part of the workforce is involved in operational activities related to production and/or logistics.

Companies in difficulty are not affected.

How much does it cost?

The cost of a consulting assignment varies according to its duration and the size of the company.

For companies with sales of between 2 and 10 million euros who would like a 5-day consultancy service, the price is 2,000 euros plus VAT after subsidies.

Companies with sales in excess of 10 million euros and a consulting assignment lasting 10 days will pay 4,000 euros plus VAT after subsidy.

Who to contact

Companies interested in the Cash BFR consulting module can contact their BPI France account manager or get in touch with Bpifrance in their region.

The 360 Rebound module

This is a comprehensive support package enabling eligible companies to build and implement an action plan to remobilize their teams in the wake of the health crisis. The 360 Rebond module can be mobilized within the limits of available funding.
