Solidarity Fund: new terms and conditions for June 2021

In accordance with decree no. 2021-840 of June 29, 2021, several changes have been made to the solidarity fund.

To qualify for assistance with June activity, companies must first have been created before January 1, 2021, and have already benefited from the solidarity fund for activity in April and May 2021.

Companies meeting these two conditions must also be in one of the following situations:

  • are still subject to a ban on receiving the public in June, and have lost at least 20% of their sales. In this case, the amount of aid will be 20% of the reference sales figure;
  • Have lost at least 10% of sales and belong to the S1, S1 bis or retail sectors, with the exception of motorcycles and automobiles. Companies in the repair and maintenance sector are also eligible if they are located in French Polynesia, Saint-Martin, Saint-Barthélemy, Guadeloupe, Martinique or La Réunion. The amount of aid for the month of June will be 40% of lost sales, then reduced to 30% in July, up to a maximum of 20% of reference sales.

Companies with fewer than 50 employees that lost at least 50% of their sales in June and July will be eligible for the monthly aid of 1,500 euros, provided they are located in areas that were subject to containment measures for at least 10 days during the monthly period covered by the aid application.

To benefit from the solidarity fund, companies that meet the conditions set out above must log on to their personal space, not their professional space, on the Impots.gouv.fr website, and then go to the mailbox.
