Anytime services unaffected by negotiations between Orange Bank and BNP Paribas

Orange Bank's plan to withdraw from retail banking will not entail any changes to the services of its partner Anytime, dedicated to financial support for professionals.

Following its strategic review, Orange Bank yesterday announced its intention to withdraw from retail banking and to enter into exclusive negotiations with BNP Paribas to support Orange Bank customers.

Whatever the outcome, this project will have no impact on Anytime's services. The structure operates completely independently, dedicated to providing financial support to professionals, and will continue to fulfil its mission with its customers, with no change to account access or management, or to the services or relationship that customers enjoy with their Anytime advisors .

Depending on the forthcoming decisions, Anytime could begin looking for a new partner in the coming months. This search is still hypothetical at this stage, as information and consultation procedures with Orange Bank's employee representative bodies are under way," explains Bertrand Facq, CEO of Anytime. We're continuing our business unchanged. Our top priority, should the choice of a new partner materialize, will be to maintain the continuity and quality of our services, and to preserve our DNA of human, personalized support".
